The distance from the village to the community ring well earlier affected the local people due to the steep and slippery nature of the unpaved road. Efforts have been made to overcome the practical local difficulties by sanctioning of this pathway. Earlier the villagers had to toil this slippery and steep pathway to fetch water from the ring well which is the only source of water available for the villagers,but after the construction of this footpath the villagers can now fetch water faster and effortlessly.
Name of the Scheme: Improvement of playfield at Chigitchakgre

This Playfield at Chigitchakgre village has benefitted the youths of the village and the neighbouring villages tremendously. The construction of this playfeld will not only facilitate the youths to showcase their talent but also will enable the village sport clubs to organize sports activities for better exposure of the youths. The playground also serves the purpose for holding of public meetings, gatherings, programmes etc in the village.

Located not very far from the International Border Bangladesh,Belbupara houses about 234 population. Construction of this c.c. footpath has provided a drastic improvement of the transport services available to the connected villages .The mobility level of the population got increased. The provision of this rural road resulted in the speedier movement of men and material between producing centre and market-place. The marketable surplus of the village produce can now be conveniently transported at a cheaper cost of transportation.

This RCC footbridge measuring about 10 metres over Morakalo river is located at a distance of 4 kms from Garobadha market.This footbridge is constructed motorable with approaches on both the side measuring 70 metres with a view to provide accessibility to the crucial necessities of life and providing easy and faster access during all seasons to the markets for economic benefits of the masses. Needless to say,the impact of construction of this RCC bridge has brought a good connectivity and increase in agricultural production, increase in employment and change in crop pattern in the adjoining villages like Tangabari,Puthmari,Gandhipara,Kebolpara,Garodoba and Baispara.This pathway has also brought a huge relief to the school going children and the sick.
Name of the Scheme: Construction of pedestrian c.c. footpath at Gasura with cross drainage(300m)
Amount Sanctioned: Rs. 7,37,211/-

Without a proper walkway rural communities are extremely restricted. Collecting water and firewood, and going to local markets being a huge task, it is understandable that the construction of this footpath was a major priority for the rural communities residing here. After the completion of this footpath the villagers now have an improved life style with better access to markets, health care, education and other economic and social opportunities and have improved services and supplies to the now-accessible villages.
